Thomas’s journey in real estate began in 2006 when he purchased his first condominium at the young age of 19. His involvement in the condo association’s board of directors provided him with valuable insights into large-scale property management. His journey continued in 2010 when he began buying duplexes and single-family homes with his wife, gaining experience in building construction and renovation. In 2019, Thomas took a significant step by acquiring his first industrial warehouse, sparking a strategic shift towards industrial real estate.

Today, Thomas owns and operates a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of industrial real estate. However, he is still guided by the tenant-first philosophy developed during his time as a residential real estate owner and operator. This manifests as a commitment to fostering strong long-term relationships with tenants, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction, and working diligently to achieve win-win situations.
